1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Lurien you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What you can do

• Upload your own CVs and shareable documents (max 10 MB each).
• Generate trackable share links for documents you own.
• Use AI features to get feedback on your CV / cover letter.
• Delete your data at any time.

3. What you can't do

• Upload someone else's document without permission.
• Upload malware, phishing content, or illegal material.
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent security controls.
• Use Lurien for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.

4. AI feedback

AI-generated CV reviews and cover letters are guidance, not a guarantee. Final responsibility for the content you send is yours.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100%. Planned maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or third-party (AI, email) outages can cause temporary unavailability.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

7. Liability

Lurien is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the service, beyond the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use after update means acceptance.
